Your data, handled plainly.
Last updated 3 June 2026. We keep this short and we do not sell your data.
The Fractional Authority ("we") runs the LinkedIn presence of fractional executives. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the LinkedIn URL, name, and email you submit. That is it. We do not log into or scrape your LinkedIn account.
- Basic analytics. We use a first-party analytics pixel to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, broad device type). It runs from our own domain. We do not build advertising profiles to sell.
- Marketing attribution. If you arrive from a campaign link, we may record the campaign tags and referring source so we know which efforts work. No sensitive personal data is collected this way.
Why we use it
- To produce and send the audit or reply you asked for.
- To follow up once about working together, if it looks like a fit.
- To improve the site and understand which channels bring the right people.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business, including a CRM and email system and our hosting and analytics infrastructure. They process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and lead data for as long as needed to follow up and serve you, and we remove it on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for a limited period to measure trends.
Your choices and rights
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a DNT or GPC signal, our analytics pixel does not load.
- Access, correction, deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will action it.
- Opt out of follow-up. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
